Satcomm. Modem is disabled or "zapped".
Symptom
Satcomm When logged into the Satellite Modem, I see good satellite signal, but the messages in the outbox do not send. When logged into the unit with the Stellar Communicator software and monitoring the Satellite signal levels, the messages do not send...even though there is good signal.
