Symptom
Scanned images display in ExamRx viewports but not in Image works and prospective recons failed with image installation errors. See Long Description for details Scanned images display in ExamRx viewports but not in Image works and prospective recons failed with image installation errors. When attempting to call up images in ImageWorks viewer the entire scan series does not even list when listing out the exam. Recon status on right side display monitor will indicate failures even though images display in the autoview viewport.
