XQ/i UPS does not pass power up test.
Revolution XQi UPS led's flashing, AWS does not boot up.
Symptom
XQ/i UPS does not pass power up test. On the front of the ups on the left side are some power up led's. They should cycle through in about 15 seconds. This unit ended with all the led's flashing.
