Unable to Open and Read HFO ECMT2 Data Files with Grafidy 3 Viewer Graf3 viewer supplied on the Openspeed Excite Service Methods CDROM cannot open ECMT files from HFOs. Error message encountered suggesting closing app and editing graf3.init file. PQR 13067299.

Close the application and edit the graf3.init file Error message is contained within a popup box.
