Remove and rebuild the DCSserver or Clear the DCSserver using the echo command
Symptom
Networking issue See LD for details Networking issue Scanner would not network, errors in system log, but no entries appear in dcslog. When network send attempted, queue shows them but never goes active (immeadiately shows as pending). Clearing the queue and rebooting software had been no help.
