How to obtain new Scan Option Keys in the event the Ethernet card is replaced. All scan option keys are invalid because the FE either replaced the Ethernet card in PCI slot 5 of the HP Host PC computer, or else the FE replaced the computer, and failed to swap the old Ethernet card into the new computer upon replacement. The "Host ID" obtained electronically from the Ethernet card is used to encode the scan option keys. With a new card there is a mismatch and all previously encoded keys will not work. How should the FE get new keys if this happens?
