After replacement of Infinia gantry SEM board with PCA500008, the Infinia system will not acquire counts after 2 minutes of acquisition (otherwise known as fade out) on both detectors.
Symptom
After replacement of Infinia gantry SEM board with PCA500008, the Infinia system will not acquire counts after 2 minutes of acquisition (otherwise known as fade out) on both detectors. Symptoms: - Original SEM board version PCA000506 replaced with New SEM version PCA500008. - GSLOAD preformed. Gantry Motion Calibration completed successfully. - Daily QC will acquire for approximately 2 minutes, then loose all counts from both detectors.
