IVY 3000 ECG Gate very unreliable due to random Lead Fault errors.

Symptom

IVY 3000 ECG Gate very unreliable due to random Lead Fault errors. The customer has the new Ivy 3000 ECG Gate interface to their Infinia II. The gate was very unreliable due to random Lead Fault errors, the display baseline would jump up and down, QRS waveform would disappear, and the heart rate display would drop to near zero. This would occur even if there was no patient movement. Pressing on the electrodes would sometimes restore normal gate function, but the problem kept reoccurring.
