P500D Error 3800106 “Failed to read configuration parameter” when a digital exam is started. Precision 500D system reports error 3800106 “ Failed to read configuration parameter” when a digital exam is started. The grid also drives out of the FOV when a digital exam is started. In the Service User Interface/Configuration/OPTIONS page, the Pediatric Option does not show the normal YES/No button. It displays text “Item not found”.
