Symptom
Unable to scan with message System Cabinet Temperature is Greater Than 50'C See long description This message is seen in the message block area, above the six icons on the scan desktop. Soon the message is seen to change to "System Cabinet temperature has returned to 40'C", and the process repeats several times (cycles back and forth between 50'C and 40'C). Reference PQR 13080986
