Precision 500D UPS failures and their associated symptoms
Symptom
P500D Power NOT removed after selecting SHUTDOWN. Operator selects SHUT DOWN on the IUI console. The IUI, the digital and the system controller start to shut down all the applications. The IUI screen goes to a text screen, with the last line displaying POWER DOWN. The lights on the UPS shut down, but 120 VAC power is not removed from the IUI, the Digital or the System Controller Computers.
Error message
Jedi Cooling Supply error. System did not boot properly.
