Unable to Install New Option Keys Generated in eLicense after Network Card was Replaced. 3T Excite HDx.
Symptom
Unable to Install New Option Keys Generated in eLicense after Network Card was Replaced The Network Card in the HP Host PC failed and the FE replaced it. Because the unique "Host ID" is on this card, the FE went to eLicense and generated new option keys and successfully downloaded them to the scanner. A message then appeared on the scanner that new keys were available and to reboot to make them effective. But upon rebooting, a new message appeared that the option keys were invalid, and they weren't installed. Reference PQR # 13079688. The Network Card in the HP Host PC failed and the FE replaced it.
