Remove xpix_shm.log and lock.log files from the tmp and reboot
Symptom
Reformats are going slow and are hanging up the software. See LD Reformats are going slow and are hanging up the software. Customer complaining that the Reformats are going slow as well as erratic mouse transition while they are running. Occassionally the software would seem to hang up.
