NOTE TO FES AND DCOS TEAM: IF SELLING TO AN END USER AND NOT INSTALLED BY A GE FE, AN END USER CERTIFICATION LETTER MUST BE SIGNED BY THE CUSTOMER. UPON RECEIPT OF SIGNED LETTER, ORDER CAN BE PLACED. **TO OBTAIN COPY OF CERT. LTR. CONTACT DCOS TEAM AT 800-558-2040 OPTION 2. **ANY QUESTIONS, CONTACT LYNN WESTBROOK OR ROD MCCRIMMON. ******* *** 2ND OPINION NOTES *** Part is no longer available. VCT, Pro100 and RT16 systems use D3194T as replacement. D3194T tubes now manufactured have a high voltage cable one inch longer. Longer cable is necessary for use in all Wide Bore Gantries. If a very old D3194T tube is installed on a Wide Bore Gantry, the high voltage cable may be too short. A newer D3194T tube would have to be ordered in this case. With the release of M4 software, 07BW08.3.WB_H_G16_GTM, the correct tube to order is now D3194T for RT16 Systems . M4 software releasing to pilot and clincal sites with FMI 22915. - P Quilter June 23, 2007.
