Symptom

When the customer applies a scan and gets the following Infinia error: "Failed to perform a subsystem service. SubSystem=feServer; Service=setup; Param=PFlist Parameters:feServer..scannerparams.xml " During the setup of an acquisition, getting error with communicating to one of the servers. Unable to Communicate with Servers error When the customer applies a scan and gets the following Infinia error: "Failed to perform a subsystem service. SubSystem=feServer; Service=setup; Param=PFlist Parameters:feServer..scannerparams.xml ." Software fix will be available in the Infinia M5 FMI patch (Resolved defect ELGem39692)

Error message

Unable to Communicate with Servers error, Couldnt open system parameters file FrontEndParams.xml !!!! Unable to Communicate with Servers error: The error from the Gantry server log is ERROR=Error in GantryServer d:\tacq\su\src\cpp\services\fe\fedb\fedb.cpp(1006):: FATAL ERROR - Couldnt open system parameters file FrontEndParams.xml !!!!

ERROR_SUBSYSTEM_SERVICE and ERROR_ACQ_ACTION_FAILED Those two errors come together from the same location. They occur because the system can't find or open the file D:\tacqdb\currSystem\default\scanner\scannerparams.xml.
