Shutdown button under Utilities does not shutdown scanner and the MOD will not detach with Optical disk mount/dismount errors See Long Description for more details Shutdown button under Utilities does not shutdown scanner and the MOD will not detach with Error: 124050 Optical disk system error, Error: 124048 Unable to dismount, media remains mounted and , < out of inodes > seen in /usr/adm/messages Customer tried to do their daily system shutdown by going into Utilities and then pressing shutdown. When they pressed the button the screen flashed, but the system does not Shutdown. They were also unable to detach the MOD disk. When they pressed L1-b they observed the following scrolling messages Oct 4 11:20:00 CT01_OC0 vmunix: /: out of inodes Oct 4 11:21:00 CT01_OC0 vmunix: /: out of inodes Oct 4 11:21 /: out of inodes Oct 4 11:23:01 CT01_OC0 vmunix: /: out of inodes Oct 4 11:26:00 CT01_OC0 vmunix: /: out of inodes Oct 4 11:29:00 CT01_OC0 vmunix: /: out of inodes Typing sd in the text window did not shut the system down.
