Symptom

Infinia II Unable to open some protocols (for scan or with Protocol Editor) but able to open some others. Even Factory Wholebody Bone Scans cannot be opened. Infinia II Unable to open some protocols (for scan or with Protocol Editor) but able to open some others. Even Factory Wholebody Bone Scans can not be opened. Error message seen 'failed to open protocol error 10401, load sequence error, use default or restore'.
