Hardware stop scan, collimator error, Aperture width is out of specification See Long D for details Hardware stop scan, collimator error, Aperture width is out of specification Often this happens just after servicing the Collimator or replacing an X-ray tube. But not always.
Error message
Error: 186403 OGP did not receive READY status from CIF for z-axis collimator control or OGP detected Aperture is not ready See LD for complete error Mon May 9 18:03:28 2005 Error: 186403 Host: CTE Process: tgp_out File: tgp_errors.c Line: 317 Aperture Error. Code : 20-1020-04 Error detected by : OGP OGP did not receive READY status from CIF for z-axis collimator control or OGP detected Aperture is not ready. Error: 186507 Z-Axis Collimator Error. Code : 30-1111-07 The number of pulses for Z-Axis Motor is under specification when moving from FWD limit to BWD limit on Home Positioning.
