Cold Head Cycling Is Disabled During Scan.

Symptom

Cold Head Cycling Is Disabled During Scan. The system is an OpenSpeed running HFO3 M4 software. Coldhead cycling is disabled, so the 2 stage coldhead runs during scanning. There are SHEM communication errors in the /usr/g/service/log/tcuErrors log. I can telnet between the SHEM and the system, so it looks like network connection is good. The MAGNET_MONITOR_IP line is configured with the SHEM IP address in /etc/hosts on the MR. Ran /MVServe/bin/Net_Config on the SHEM. Looks OK.
