Symptom

Getting Head T/R Faults in Body and Head mode only when the Head coil was plugged into one side of the MSHS. Getting Head T/R Fault 2249149 "Head path open" intermittently in Body scanning and in Head scanning, but only when the Head coil was plugged into one side of the MSHS. The system is monitoring the Head T/R circuit during Body scanning so it's not surprising that a Head T/R fault could occur when scanning in Body mode.

2248599 A T/R or dynamic disable fault occurred. 2248599 IC_OPEN_SG NSP APS:aps_cf 220 A T/R or dynamic disable fault occurred.
