The prescribed RF coil and detected coil do not match.

Symptom

Coil ID Fails and CoilID Light is Red See Long Description Customer is attempting to scan, but getting error that something is wrong with coil ID. The Coil ID LED turns red.

Lower coil connect status refers to all PA coils / any coil using the lower port at the "dog house". Coil code should match that of what was detected (in this case the zeros were config'd as O and o (oh's - upper and lower case), and the number one following "ETIp" was an "I").
