Clicking End Exam shuts down CT See Long Description for Details. Clicking End Exam shuts down CT with Error: 210000454 Info: database checkpoint was performed for exam 748 Error: 200002352 A HOST_SHUTDOWN was initiatied by the death of scanRx Error: 200001808 Ecomm internal error detected (internal database error) The customer originally complained that the system shutdown when they moved the table (getting the patient off), but after troubleshooting it was found that every time End Exam is clicked the system would shut itself down. They just happen to be hitting End Exam right before they went to take the patient off the table. Below is the error string.
