Scanner would not come to application
Symptom
Scanner would not come to application During bootup. The DARC is not up. Component Tracker data not updated. Could not rsh vdarc, could telnet localhost 623 and attempted to run reset -c, did reset vdarc hardware and recognize hard disk drives but halted before bootup was complete
