Unable to scan with Multicoil Bias Fault & Head & Body T/R Faults, Head and Body Path Open, all at the same time
Symptom
Explanation for Multicoil Bias Fault with Head & Body T/R Faults: Head and Body Path Open Unable to scan using a certain phased array coil. The strange thing is we are always seeing Body Path Open and Head Path Open T/R Faults at the same time as a Multicoil Bias Fault whenever we attempt a scan using this coil. We expect only the Multicoil Bias fault if the problem is with this coil. Why are we also getting the Head & Body T/R Faults? What is the real problem we should be looking at here?
