MRIQ Dot Artifact Sometimes Seen In Middle of Images Acquired When Using 1.5T HD Knee Array Coil. Effectivity: All Signa 1.5T EXCITE HD MR Systems.Problem Description:Three sites using the 1.5T HD Knee Array Coil have reported seeing a dot artifact in the center of images. See attached image. It was quickly determined that the coil was not the cause of the problem.SMILe 12/01/2005
