TCU2 Communication Errors on HFO4.
Symptom
TCU2 Communication Errors on HFO4. The TCU was generating communication errors in the system error log and the /usr/g/service/log/temperature_log.data file did not contain any data. The system is a HFO4 running HFO4 M3 software. New system install. The system has the TCU2 model of TCU. The host communication to the TCU2 is failing.
