LightSpeed 4.X - GOC2
Symptom
Customer would tilt to XX number of degrees and intermittently the tilt position would change by 1/2 degree on its own - document in RFS - critical issue Customer would tilt to XX number of degrees and intermittently the tilt position would change by 1/2 degree on its own Customer would tilt the gantry to a set value and the display would change by .5 degree in the backwards directions this would happen intermittently after the gantry was at the correct position for some time. The change would happen after the tech was getting ready to start the scan or after the system sat over night. (Example tilt to 0 degrees and over night it would change to .5 in the backwards direction. Or tech would tilt to 10 degrees from in the room or with remote tilt and then go to start the scan and see that the value on the gantry display has changed to 10.5)
