Symptom
HFO Passive Shim printouts of the Shim Disk Pellet positions are all blank. In OpenSpeed with Excite Service Methods Direction 2402212 Rev. 4 08/10/2005, the procedure "Running 0.7T Passive Shim Program" step 6 "Printing the Shim File", hard copies of the shim disk pellet positions and colors are printed for the FE to follow when filling the disks with the shim pellets. However the pellet positions are all blank on the paper hardcopy printouts making it impossible to shim.
