Large gap between detectors in L mode All Infinia II versions (2.005.005.*, 2.103.017.* and 2.104.119.*) software versions have the same problem: radial distance parameter is not being sent automatically to the gantry. Large gap between detectors in L mode after accessing the Gantry Server Panel in service mode - PQRs 13095815, 13098811, 13098903 and 13104448 The problem : An increased gap between the detectors is noticeable when the system is in L mode after the gantry server panel is accessed (by service personnel). The effect of this problem may be seen as a gap between the last view acquired using one of the detectors and the first view in the other detector. This effect is most prominent during "cine" of the SPECT views. Another effect may be failure of COR QC test in L mode. Reference SN43772 If In L-Mode the distance between the detectors i ximately 1" (25 mm) where they join in the "V" with the LEHR collimators mounted, the 1" (25 mm) the distance is incorrect. In L-mode the normal distance between the detectors should be approximately 8-10 mm which is correct. Results of the incorrect distance will cause an Image jump in horizontal (X) direction of LMODE scans resulting in reconstruction artifacts. Note: L Mode Distance bug was fixed for SW version 2.005.007.14 (Win2k) Also it will be fixed in the next SP2 sw release (SW version 2.105.030.X) .. ..ELGem72113 -HWK4 L mode distance bug. SW version 2.104.119.14 did not include this fix.
