Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS due to Guided Install Does Not Reflect the Correct Spectro Amp State After Upgrade due to a Software Problem.

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

Error message

2267411 NO DTX2 MODULE FOUND. The IRF3 board does not see a broadband DTX2 module connected to it by dual fiber cable. MNS will not work without the DTX2 module present.-> See Long Description Error: 2267411 Host: MR3T Process: diagCoord File: Irf3.cpp Line: 2295 Task ID: 0x4940290 Time: 29917 Object: AGP Exception Class: Notification Function: Software/Firmware/Config: N/A NO DTX2 MODULE FOUND. The IRF3 board does not see a broadband DTX2 module connected to it by dual fiber cable. MNS will not work without the DTX2 module present.-> Extended Error: Verify that the DTX2 (broadband exciter) in the penetration cabinet is powered up and connected to the IRF3 board in the CAM chassis with a dual fiber cable. The DTX2 must be connected to a clock source on the DTX1 by a clock cable.
