gate-drive over-current Errors Due to XGA Amplifier.

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

Extended error log: 2267835ERROR: EM_XGD_AS_GD_OC A gate-drive over-current has occurred on %b XGA. If this message persists after TPS resets, the corresponding XGA should be replaced.
