RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight. Check patient weight entered. amplitude: 37 pulse width: 07 duty cycle: 05 Fault in head amplitude. If you need to confirm the source of the fault, reset the power monitor and repeat the scan. This could also occur when power cycling SSM.
