VCC measurement on front Panel of power supply in GIP out of Spec.

Unable to Scan with Error 2241608 GIP VCC signal is out of range See Long Description Unable to scan due to error code 2241608, see copy below. Error 2241608, "GIP VCC signal is out of range. Check VCC on the GIP front panel. If voltage is correct, replace the GIP board. Else replace the GIP power supply. Low: 4.70V High: 5.250V Value: 4.744V Axis X" FE read the "Repair Operations Service TIP" shown below and measured the 5 volt test point as being 4.61 volts on the GIP front panel. He attempted to adjust it up but couldn't get it into spec via the voltage adjustment "Repair Operations Service TIP" Title: T3503TR MDS Link Failures (lists basic observation checks, and THEN check front panel voltages...) Test point readings: -VCC: 5.15V (MUST ALWAYS BE SET @5.15V. Can be adjusted on PWR Supply @V1 ADJ) o +12V: 12.00 +/-0.10V o -12V: -12.00V +/-0.10V o +15V: 15.00 +/-0.10V Failure to see the corresponding voltages will more than likely cause the errors mentioned below.
