Symptom
Cannot load an Options DVD or Save State with pop-up message, There is no DVD in the DRIVE. Please insert the correct DVD See LD for full detail of popups. When installing an option; Pop up message states: "There is no DVD in the DRIVE. Please insert the correct DVD." When saving State; Pop up message states: "Please insert a Disk into the drive and press Save again." Also the DVD drawer pulls in and then ejects and pulls in a second time.
Error message
