Check EMO reset and perform a TPS reset. If this error occurs again, contact your service representative.-> Extended Error: The XPS-SB Z axis board in XGD failed to boot into safe mode. * Verify that the XGD is powered on. * Verify that emergency stop is not active. * Verify that the Z axis hotlink and clock fiberoptic cables are connected from the XPS-CB Z axis transceivers to the XPS-SB Z axis transceivers. * Verify that the Z axis hotlink transceivers are operational on the XPS-CB and XPS-SB Z axis. * Verify that the Z axis hotlink and clock fiberoptic cables are not damaged. * Power down the XGD and verify that the XPS-SB Z axis is properly connected. If these steps do not resolve the problem, replace the XPS-SB Z axis and perform a TPS reset.
