Daily QA test failed with ghosting or ASR Troubleshooting Steps
Symptom
Daily QA Failed The Daily QA should be run every day using the 180mm coil with the Daily QA 1 liter bottle.
Error message
The Daily QA test failed. Please check for proper phantom positioning and proper system setup and run again. If the problem cannot be corrected, contact Service and report the error. Further clinical scanning is not recommended until the error condition is corrected.
