2274023 Coil Fault Open Circuit, A multicoil bias fault was detected See Long Description 2274023 Host: CMR3T Process: NSP File: SCP:RfHub CanHWO::RfBias Line: 3952 Exception Class: Unknown Severity: Unknown Function: RF: RF Bias PSD: Gradient Echo Coil: HDNV Array Scan: 1415/1 Coil Fault - Open Circuit A multicoil bias fault was detected. Reseat all coils and check coil connections. Connector: Port A Channels faulted: 0x25 First channel: 1 of 8, counting from 1 Fault value: 7943 mV, Channel: 1 Extended Error: An open circuit was detected by the RF Hub on a coil channel. Run the Multicoil Bias Diagnostic or Coil Datapath Diagnostic to troubleshoot. Explanation of fields: Connector - The coil connector the fault was detected on. Channels faulted - This is a hexadecimal bit map of all the faulted channels. For example, 0x3 means faults on channels 1 and 2. 0x80000000 means channel 32. First channel - The first channel that faulted, and the number of channels on the connector. Fault value - The voltage seen when the fault was detected, on the channel.
