420V ACGD Breaker Trips Due To a Bad SGA Power Supply. 420 Volt ACGD Circuit Breaker On The PDU Is Tripped OFF.
Symptom
420 Volt ACGD Circuit Breaker On The PDU Is Tripped OFF Important safety issue. Do not have customer reset the 420 Volt ACGD breaker on the PDU cabinet.
Error message
2244587 (breaker tripped) The GP is reporting SGA Power Supply Power Off. Check 420V power breaker on PDU. If breaker is tripped, replace SGA-PS. Check that 420V power line is fully seated between PDU & SGA-PS. Push EMO Reset Switch on PDU. Else, replace SGA-PS.
