Coil ID not working and error 2261176 due to defective PHPS.
Symptom
CoilID Not Working for Any Coil CoilID Light Never Illuminates See Long Description. System is being upgraded from 3T94 to 3T HDx. Coil ID isn't working for any coil and there are no error messages when plugging in a coil. The CoilID lamp or light never comes on. We expect to see either green or red (in case of failure) but it never lights up at all. However we see the "coil presence" LED illuminate at the 16 channel switch when plugging in a coil. We do see the error message shown below when booting up the system and when running a [TPS Reset].
