Symptom

MR000001 PDS - MC Bias Alert - Non-Recoverable Failure in Last Usage of Coil. Multiple Non-recoverable MC Bias faults encountered on the identified coil where the customer could not get it to work over the course of two days (two consecutive data pushes to the Back Office). Faults occurred on the same channel, and the same port. NOTE: The OnWatch Informatics Rules Engine detected this problem. This issue is only applicable when detected in this way, and should not be reused in Knowledge objects for normal reactive service.
