MR000003 PDS - MC Bias Alert - High Percentage of Failures Detected During Coil Use. Problem detected with offending coil where it is failing with MC Bias faults more than 33% of the time (during its last 6 uses - exams). This issue is affecting customer workflow. NOTE: The OnWatch Informatics Rules Engine detected this problem. This issue is only applicable when detected in this way, and should not be reused in Knowledge objects for normal reactive service.
