MRSPT aborts with power monitor faults Due to bad A/B LED Harness in Forward Production LPCA asm.
Symptom
MRSPT aborts with power monitor faults during auto pre scan for Eddy Current check. Phantom position check scans normally. When APS runs on Eddy current check it aborts and reports Eddy Currents failed. GEsyslog shows power monitor trips.
Error message
2248814 Power Monitor 1 Fault. RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight. Check patient weight entered. This could also occur when power cycling SSM. 2248815 Power Monitor 2 Fault. RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight. Check patient weight entered. This could also occur when power cycling SSM.
