Symptom
Images are seen in the Browser, but Can't be Displayed. Message Box states "Browser Out of Sync with Database" See Long Description Customer suddenly couldn't display any images. He rebooted and began scanning again and can see images from current patient, but none from before the reboot. Cannot remotely list these images on the scanner using the "listselect" command.See a message "database is empty". The customer stated he sees a message "BROWSER OUT OF SYNC WITH DATABASE". There are no related errors logged in the message log, but there are a lot of "core file creation" errors logged in /var/log messages (see below) and related core files which have been written to /usr/g/service/log . The system can see the /export/home1 partition and a " df - k " command shows it is 26% full, but customer sees it is 30% full.
