Symptom
MAC00019 PDS Alarm Compressor water supply fault caused by water flow or temp being out of spec. The OnWatch engine has determined that the water supply to the coldhead compressor from the chiller is out of specifications. The water flow or water temperature parameter is out of specifications. NOTE: The Digital Services (DS) Rules Engine detected this problem. This issue is only applicable when detected in this way, and should not be reused in Knowledge objects for normal reactive service. This is an automated alarm generated by the OnWatch program. An algorithm was run on the data uploaded from the MM3 into Insite2. The data shows that the water flow or water temperature values are out of specifications, The OnWatch engine algorithm used the engineering specifications supplied by the manufacture of the compressor, Sumitomo. This alarm needs to be resolved to extend the Coldhead and compressor lifespan.
