TPS Reset Fails with IRF Fault on Fiber Links Due to Scan Room Power Supply.
Symptom
Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

The IRF3 can detect which link was the first to drop out. The module connected to that link should be the one who initiated the problem. If several modules dropped out at the same time the IRF3 will report multiple modules. In this case there might be a single problem effecting multiple modules such as a power supply glitch or a drop out on the shared reference clock source.
