Symptom
Customer can not save a Reformat Series name. See long description for details Customer complains about no-longer able to save a Reformat Series name. When performing a "Save Reformat" the operator was missing a a prompt to enter optional text to name or label the saved reformat. The Save reformat completes OK but they just no longer have an opportunity to enter a name.
