BrightSpeed HPower, Delight, Velocity or MERI HPower
Symptom
Console keyboard no longer functions in the scan prescription GUI on the left side screen butl still functions normally in other GUIs and on the right side screen. See long description Console keyboard no longer functions in the scan prescription GUI on the left side console screen. Keyboard will still function normally in other GUIs and on the right side console monitor screen. Keyboard may or may not beep when trying to type with it on the scan prescription GUI. System will still function and a graphic scan prescription can be done, but no scan parameters can be manually edited or input in the scan prescription GUI on the left screen.
Error message
