When Error: 260125010 is seen on BrightSpeed Delight with AIO console running 08BW44.1 software: According to firmware engineer, the error indicates there was inconsistency on communication between TGP and MTCB. Take the following actions: check the connection between TGP and MTCB check the power supply voltage for TGP and MTCB try to replace MTCB and cable between TGP and MTCB This was reported on RFS: 0040725182 CSO was created and Engineering investigating Problem also reported on PR #1326759 & TRACKWISE Report #1005693

Software collector called “08BW44.X” p/n 5328867 contains the following items: 5323837 - LightSpeed Xtream Console Operating System Version - GEMS Linux 6.3.8 5323838 - LightSpeed Applications Software DVD Version 08BW44.X 5328828 - Xtream Serial-Over-LAN Service Software Version - 2.0 Supports: Westville or Jarrell DARC/VDARC 5323839 - Class C 5323840 - Class M NOTE: Class C/M install CD are not shipped with system. NOTE: The Xtream Serial-Over-Lan Service Software is not used during the LFC unless instructed via a pop-up message box "SOL Service - ...run the Serial Over LAN Service CD...". This CD is loaded directly into the DARC Node. Then press the reset (or cycle power) at the front panel of the DARC Node as required. This CD will auto-eject when the SOL load process is complete.
