Symptom
Magic PC isn't turning on when the ON switch is pressed on the RCIM When the ON switch is pressed on teh RCIM, power is sent to the Magic PC, Digital PC and Touch Screen Monitor thru the LIME board K13, in this case, the Magic PC wasn't turning on, but the Touch Screen and Digital PC were.
