LightSpeed 4.X - GOC2
Symptom
Whenever a scan protocol is selected to edit or scan with, the system displays an error message that says: 'Cannot read selected protocol, please select a different protocol.' See long description for more information. Whenever a scan protocol is selected to edit or scan with, the system displays an error message that says: 'Cannot read selected protocol, please select a different protocol.' In one case, this was seen to happen with one particular scan protocol just after the customer had edited some value in that particular scan protocol.
